It was founded in Austria in 1999 but today provides casino games, sports betting, live dealers, virtual sports and a poker room. In this review, we’ll go over all of that and look at the bet-at-home offers. review Our rating

Bet-at-home Games Offer

In this review, we found an ample selection of games available. There isn’t much variety in terms of providers, though, as NetEnt provides almost all of the games on bet-at-home. NetEnt is one of the top developers in the business but some classic games from other providers are notably absent.

Our review found over 100 different video slots available, all provided by NetEnt. These include some of the most popular slots around, such as Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, Blood Suckers, Narcos, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, SteamTower, and Dead or Alive.

The site includes a dozen different roulette games, all of them from NetEnt. American, French and European Roulette are all mobile-compatible. Eight different live roulette games are available, including Rapid Auto Roulette, Roulette Silver and VIP Live Roulette.

Blackjack fans will find plenty to keep them busy. These range from standard editions, like NetEnt’s classic Blackjack, to live options like Blitz Blackjack and Blackjack Platinum.

Card Games

The casino includes a relatively small selection of card games. These include Casino Hold’em Poker, Jacks or Better, Double Up, and Baccarat Professional Series.

The dedicated Live Casino section of the website provides five different live dealer games. These are Live Money Wheel, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, and Live Casino Hold’em. There are multiple tables for each game in the section.

The site is home to a handful of progressive jackpot slot games, such as Mega Joker, Imperial Riches, and Arabian Nights. Our review found that some jackpots can reach seven figures, though most are under six.

bet-at-home Promos – 0/5

The website has a rather scarce selection of promotions and bonuses. There are no VIP programs or player loyalty rewards. Our review found no trace of any free spin offers or reload deposit bonuses.

In short, you won’t get much in the way of bonuses here.

bet-at-home Software/Ease of Use 4/5

On the technical side, our review found it to be a robust platform but not without flaws. The website is compatible with all modern browsers, as well as with mobile devices. Games operate on Flash and HTML5 technology.

Mobile players who prefer using dedicated apps are in luck. In the course of our review, we found two different apps available. There are dedicated casino and sports apps with Android & iOS versions availble for both.

The website is reasonably intuitive to explore, and finding your way about is simple. Games are also easy to use and include instructions on how to play and payout tables

Information is readily available, such as detailed RTP tables that include every game. That said, the site feels somewhat slow to react, and can be unresponsive or laggy sometimes.

bet-at-home Payment Options 4/5

Our review found an ample range of payment options available for deposits and withdrawals. Customers can make payments using debit cards, instant online banking, EPS, and several e-wallet platforms.

These include GiroPay, Trustly, PayPal, Neteller and Skrill. Paysafecard and voucher deposits are also available, as well as traditional bank deposits. Minimum deposits are £10 for most payment methods, except for Paysafecard which has a minimum deposit of £5.

Accepted currencies include GBP and EUR which isn’t too many for an internationally-focused betting site. No cryptocurrency payments are available.

Most payment methods are fee-free. However, there are exceptions. Only your first three bank transfers and first two Trustly each month are free. Additional transactions through these options carry fees of £5 each.

Bet-at-home Customer Service 5/5

Our review found plenty of options for players to reach out to customer support staff. Polite and well-trained team members are available through live chat around the clock. Alternatively, you can reach out via email or telephone. Live chat tends to have the fastest response time.

The company also provides customer service through several social media platforms. Customers can send direct messages to its social media accounts and get in touch with administrative and support staff. has a presence on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Our Verdict 3/5

In our final estimation, this provider has several features that stand out but some shortcomings as well. On the positive side, it’s a well-established, trustworthy provider, working with a top industry developer. Many payment options are available, and the customer support is top-notch. There are two different apps available which is a big plus.

However, the game selection is somewhat limited, and a single provider means missing out on many popular titles. The interface, while intuitive, is slightly dated and can be unresponsive at times. The lack of promotions available will certainly put some players off.

What we like What we don’t like
Multiple payment options Only one software provider
Great customer support Relatively few casino games overall
A reputable operator with 20+ years of history No welcome bonuses or other promotions to speak of
