Today, our Slotboss review looks at the online casino’s bonuses and list of games. Launched in 2014, it restricts more countries than many other operators. Luckily, gamblers in the UK can access the website and bet on it.

Welcome Bonuses: 3/5

You can sign up and get a Slotboss casino bonus, with two types available for new players. The operator has structured the promotions in such a way that you can claim both of them. However, you’ll need to meet the wagering requirements for the first bonus before you can access the second.

While we enjoy the fact that it’s easy to claim these promos, they don’t stack up to what the rest of the industry has to offer. Read through our Slotboss opinion below to see why.

No Deposit Bonus

The first Slotboss casino bonus requires no deposit. Register with the operator, and you can claim your no deposit bonus within three days. The value is £10, and you’ve got seven days from redeeming it to meet the terms.

Receiving free funds is exciting, but let’s take a closer look at what you’ll actually receive in our Slotboss review. The wagering requirement is 50 times the Slotboss casino bonus amount, with the bonus withdrawal limit set at £50. While the operator informs you that different games have various contributions to the bonus terms, it doesn’t specify what they are.

So let’s see what the real value of the Slotboss casino bonus is. You’ll need to stake £500 for the wagering terms to withdraw the capped £50. While this payout is small, we found that it’s reasonable in terms of the no deposit bonus amount. It’s not exactly generous, but the casino doesn’t want to break the bank either.

Up to £100 Plus 10 Wager-Free Spins

If you deposit funds into your account within seven days from registration, you can also claim this Slotboss casino bonus. It’s only possible to opt-in if you don’t have another bonus active. So, make sure you complete the no deposit bonus terms quickly, withdraw your winnings, then make your first deposit before day seven.

The Slotboss casino bonus splits over two deposits. You can place up to £50 per deposit, while you’ll have seven days to wager each reward. There’s a 100% matched bonus up for grabs, so you’ll receive £50 as bonus credit for each deposit.

So, here comes the tricky part. You’ll have to wager each Slotboss casino bonus 35 times. If you take the full amount of £100, that’s £3,500 you’ll have to play on casino games before you can withdraw to your bankroll. We’ve seen higher wagering terms in other online casinos, so these terms aren’t too high.

There are also five free spins per deposit on the ‘Book of Dead’ slot game. The value for each spin is £0.10, but there are no wagering requirements, which is the real reward. You have three days from receipt of the free spins to use them, and you can withdraw your winnings when you’ve completed each deposit Slotboss casino bonus.

Games Offer: 4/5

There are over 300 games available, most of which are slots. While we enjoyed searching for our favourite games while compiling our Slotboss review, it could have been better with a provider filter. In any event, there’s a decent selection of at least eight software providers, with NetEnt and Microgaming leading the way with the most games.

Here’s a quick look at our Slotboss opinion of the games.

The slots are split over three areas, while you can find all of them in the ‘Games’ tab. The first area is the ‘Featured’ games. These slots are the hottest attractions at the moment, which includes the Slotboss casino bonus game, Book of Dead.

The next section is the ‘777’ tab, which, yes you guessed it, contains the 777 collection of slots. For some reason, when we selected it for our Slotboss review, it wouldn’t load the set of games. Hopefully, this glitch is minor and something the operator sorts out quickly.

Finally, you have access to the ‘Jackpot’ games. There’s a healthy selection of 52 slots for all you jackpot fanatics out there. Mega Dragon, Angel Princess and Vikings of Fortune are top of the list.

Table Games

We were sorely disappointed to find only eleven table games available, which in our Slotboss opinion is a low number. The main games are blackjack and roulette, with one poker table hidden between them. The slots variety gives the operator a high rating, but the table games section brings it down.

Live Casino

The Live Casino has a better games selection, coming in at 16 live dealers. There are more blackjack and roulette tables here, with an added dash of poker, Monopoly and Dream Catcher.

We’d have loved to have seen more variety on the standard tables, but at least it’s something to keep you busy. What’s also lacking is any tournaments worth mentioning.

Instant Games

Beating the table games and live casino in numbers and variety is the instant games section. There are 20 games to enjoy, with popular brands you may know from other online casinos. These include Slingo, Deal Or No Deal, HiLo and Scratch games.

Slotboss Promos: 1/5

Sadly, the one area where the operator ultimately falls short is promotions for existing members. Despite other online Slotboss reviews claiming that there are several promos available, we could only find one, and it isn’t worth getting excited about at the moment.

Wager-free Spins

The online casino mentions that members won’t have any wagering requirements when they receive free spins. While we’ve seen this theory in practice with the Slotboss casino bonus, we’re not sure how many other times you’ll see free spins. Sure, having a bonus you don’t have to bet several times is excellent but is that all the operator has to offer?

Slotboss Software & Navigation: 4/5

The website has an elegant and straight-forward design. Game tiles stack neatly in the centre of the screen with the main menus at the top. You can play instant games on your mobile or desktop browser, which list the same features.

While there’s no desktop client to download, you can install a mobile app. The iOS application is in the App Store, but the Android version is on the operator’s site. It plays better and faster on mobile devices, so we prefer using this method.

Slotboss Payment Options: 2/5

The number of payment methods on the site is small in our Slotboss opinion. You can make deposits and withdrawals only with PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. With the ruling on credit cards in the UK in April 2020, you may only use debit cards for the last two options.

You must verify your personal and payment details before you can make a deposit or use the Slotboss casino bonus. The site restricts you from participating in any financial transactions until you do so. You’re also required to use the same method for withdrawals as you did for the deposit.

Customer Service: 3/5

The operator only provides assistance with email communication or on social media. There’s a detailed FAQ page, and an Autobot can help you find the best solution to your query.

The site claims that it’ll assist you within 24 hours, but we’ve found complaints online that withdrawal times take longer than expected and support agents don’t respond in time. This problem doesn’t bode well for our Slotboss opinion.

Our Verdict: 2/5

While there’s a decent amount of slots for UK gamblers, there isn’t much else to praise in our Slotboss review. A mobile app is available for gambling from anywhere, but there are only a few payment options with a small number of table games. Neither Slotboss casino bonus is appealing, and there’s also no loyalty programs in place.

Of course, you can still access any of the listed bonuses by registering with a Slotboss promo code.
