Sky Super 6 Predictions & Tips
Have a look at our betting expert’s Super 6 predictions this week. It was a tough set of fixtures to call last weekend and it’s arguably a tougher set of games to predict this weekend.
Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher also gets involved in Super 6 and he shares his predictions every week. We can reveal his predictions below as well.
| Super 6 Matches | Luke’s Predictions | Jamie Carragher’s Predictions |
| Everton vs Fulham | 1-1 | 2-0 |
| West Ham vs Burnley | 2-0 | 2-1 |
| Sunderland vs Arsenal | 1-2 | 1-2 |
| Aston Villa vs Bournemouth | 2-2 | 1-3 |
| Brentford vs Newcastle | 1-1 | 0-2 |
| Manchester City vs Liverpool | 3-2 | 1-2 |
Everton vs Fulham
Everton vs Fulham sees 14th take on 15th in the Premier League. Both sides only have one win each in their last five matches and they are only one point apart. Fulham ended their poor run of four losses in a row with a win last weekend, whilst Everton drew away to Sunderland. Everton’s new ground is hard for away sides, but we see this match ending in a draw.
Our Prediction: Everton 1-1 Fulham
West Ham vs Burnley
West Ham have finally given themselves some hope this season with a win last weekend over Newcastle. They deserved the 3-1 victory and this will give them huge confidence ahead of their home match against Burnley. Burnley have two wins in their last five matches, but they have only won once away from home all season and we see West Ham picking up back-to-back wins for the first time this season.
Our Prediction: West Ham 2-0 Everton
Sunderland vs Arsenal
Arsenal are top of the league, six points clear of second place and have only conceded three goals in the division this season, but the match against Sunderland will be one of their toughest so far. Sunderland are having a fantastic start to the season and currently sit fourth in the division. They are undefeated at home and we see them scoring, but with the way the Gunners are playing this season, we see them coming out on top.
Our Prediction: Sunderland 1-2 Arsenal
Aston Villa vs Bournemouth
We are predicting an exciting draw between Aston Villa and Bournemouth and we believe that this could be one of the best Premier League matches of the weekend. Villa have four wins in their last five, whilst Bournemouth, who sit in fifth, have only lost to Manchester City and Liverpool in the division this season. With both performing well and scoring goals, we see a thriller taking place at Villa Park.
Our Prediction: Aston Villa 2-2 Bournemouth
Brentford vs Newcastle
This match should be interesting as Brentford have been solid at home, whilst Newcastle have been poor away from home, so we are expecting this to be a tight match despite the quality in Newcastle’s squad. Brentford have only lost once at home this season and with their resolute defence, we see them playing for the draw. With Newcastle struggling away from home and playing in Europe midweek, we see them struggling to be at their best, with the game ending 1-1.
Our Prediction: Brentford 1-1 Newcastle
Man City vs Liverpool
The fixture of the weekend is Man City vs Liverpool. It’s second against third and only one point separates the pair. Man City are looking a lot stronger than Liverpool, with Pep Guardiola’s side managing four wins in their last five league matches. We are predicting lots of goals in this game, especially with the form of Erling Haaland and we hope that it doesn’t disappoint.
Our Prediction: Man City 3-2 Liverpool
