Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher also gets involved in Super 6 and they share his predictions each week. Here are his predictions alongside our betting expert’s, who managed to beat Carragher last week.
| Super 6 Matches | Luke’s Predictions | Jamie Carragher’s Predictions |
| Man City vs Leeds | 3-0 | 2-0 |
| Sunderland vs Bournemouth | 2-2 | 2-1 |
| Everton vs Newcastle | 1-1 | 1-1 |
| Spurs vs Fulham | 2-1 | 2-1 |
| West Ham vs Liverpool | 1-3 | 1-2 |
| Chelsea vs Arsenal | 1-2 | 0-3 |
Man City vs Leeds
Man City head into this weekend’s game off the back of successive defeats. However, there are extenuating circumstances. Newcastle away is rarely an easy fixture, while the team put out against Leverkusen in midweek featured a host of changes. The return of Erling Haaland should strike fear into a Leeds team who have struggled on the road. Defeats to the likes of Burnley, Fulham and Nottingham Forest are bad enough, but the step up in class here is obvious, and so a comprehensive defeat beckons as City get their stop-start campaign back on track.
Our Prediction: Man City 3-0 Leeds
Sunderland vs Bournemouth
Sunderland and Bournemouth have both have good seasons, but they had poor results last week, with Sunderland losing to Fulham and Bournemouth drawing 2-2 at home to West Ham. Sunderland are still undefeated at home, whilst Bournemouth have only won one of their six away games. We see this being an enjoyable match, with a draw being the final outcome.
Everton vs Newcastle
Everton picked up a great victory with 10 men at Old Trafford in their last match, whilst Newcastle beat Man City 2-1, so morale for both teams will be high heading into this game. Despite Newcastle having the stronger squad, Everton will feel confident due to the fact that they have only lost once at home, whilst Newcastle are yet to win an away match in the Premier League. We’re expecting a tight game with a draw being our favoured outcome.
Spurs vs Fulham
We are treated to a London derby this weekend as Spurs take on Fulham. Spurs need to bounce back after a poor performance against Arsenal last week, but it won’t necessarily be straightforward after Fulham picked up a crucial victory against Sunderland last weekend. Recent form against Fulham hasn’t been great for Spurs, but with a more defensive manager in Thomas Frank, we expect them to be able to pick up an important three points, especially with Fulham losing their last five away games.
West Ham vs Liverpool
Liverpool’s problems are well documented so it’s with some trepidation that we’re predicting this to be the ideal fixture for Liverpool to bounce back. Liverpool are undefeated in nine matches against the Hammers, with eight wins in this run, and we ultimately expect this form to continue. Playing away from home may prove a blessing in disguise for Slot’s men, with the pressure slightly reduced, while she shouldn’t forget that only goal difference is keeping The Hammers out of the relegation zone at the moment.
Our Prediction: West Ham 1-3 Liverpool
Chelsea vs Arsenal
The biggest game of the weekend sees Chelsea take on Arsenal at Stamford Bridge. This London derby is huge as it sees second place take on first place. If Arsenal win, then they can boast a nine-point lead over Chelsea and with this a possibility, we expect the Gunners to put on another top performance like they managed in the North London derby. They are the league leaders for a reason and we see them continuing their great form this season.
Our Prediction: Chelsea 1-2 Arsenal

We definitely recommend the Sky Bet sign up offer and it’s currently one of our favourites across UK betting sites. The main reason we really like this offer is due to their minimum qualifying bet.
