Expect fireworks when old rivals Leeds United and Chelsea renew hostilities on Wednesday night at Elland Road.

A rivalry forged back in the 1960s, there has not been much love lost between these clubs since and this midweek Premier League clash has all the makings of an entertaining fixture in West Yorkshire.

After a promising start to the season, Leeds find themselves desperate for points but they will take some confidence from their 3-2 defeat at Manchester City on Saturday.

As for Chelsea, having held Arsenal to a 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, Enzo Maresca’s Blues will be determined to pick up the points and bragging rights on Wednesday night.

Winning four of their last five meetings with Leeds, and with superior quality throughout the squad, the Blues are backed to claim the spoils in this one.
