Red Devils may take their time to get on top
Manchester United’s latest Old Trafford disappointment was a 1-1 draw against West Ham on Thursday, hot on the heels of the defeat to 10-man Everton as their run of four straight home league wins is being consigned to memory.
On the road they are unbeaten in four, wins over Liverpool at Anfield and Crystal Palace last weekend sandwiching 2-2 draws at Tottenham and Nottingham Forest.
Wolves have lost six of their seven games at Molineux already and their dismal tally of two points from 14 games is a joint-low for the top flight.
The Red Devils are lethargic at times, however, and Wolves have been hanging tough recently.
The Old Gold have gone in at the interval on level terms against Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest in their last four games before ultimately losing.
They should give United a game but may well experience a familiar sinking second-half feeling.

Expect goals in 2nd half
That trend of second-half pain for Wolves is hard to escape. Nine of the last 10 Premier League goals they have conceded have come after the break.
Manchester United scored inside two minutes in October’s 2-1 win over Liverpool at Anfield but, since then, there have been six first-half goals in their Premier League endeavours, compared to 16 after the break.
Thursday’s draw with West Ham was scoreless at the break, Ruben Amorim’s side criticised by former players Roy Keane and Gary Neville for lacking urgency and intensity as well failing to be clinical.
This trip to Molineux should bring respite but it won’t be straightforward. Wolves did the double over United last season and if, as expected, they keep things tight early on, the second half may be the dominant one for goals again.

Fernandes the creative spark for United
Skipper Bruno Fernandes is always the creator in chief for this United side. The Portuguese had both assists at Selhurst Park in the 2-1 win over Palace, taking his tally to five in his last six United appearances.
He failed to add one against West Ham but the Red Devils schemer has four assists in his last six completed 90 minutes against Wolves.
Wolves have only scored seven times in the league but they should fancy adding to that tally against a visiting side without a clean sheet in their last 12 away Premier League games, Amorim’s side conceding 24 times in that run.
Finally, midfielder Andre looks a prime candidate for a booking. Only the suspended Joao Gomes has made more tackles in the league for Wolves than his fellow Brazilian’s 31, with 15 fouls already for Andre. He’s already picked up four cautions in the league and one in the EFL Cup and with his midfield partner missing now, his workload will be plentiful.
