Bet of the Day Predictions & Tips

Updated

We’re here to preview the Bet of the Day, where we’re placing our hopes on a Bet Builder from the huge Premier League match between Liverpool and Manchester United this weekend.

Bet of the Day – Tuesday 14th October

Bet of the Day – Liverpool to win, Mohamed Salah to Score & Most Goals in 2nd Half @ 4/1

Liverpool vs Manchester United – Liverpool to win

Liverpool come into this game in poor form, having lost their last three games in all competitions before the international break; however, they are still the team to beat on Sunday, and the international break has come at a perfect time for the club to reset and go again. The current Premier League holders are second and only one point behind Arsenal in first. They also have a great record at Anfield against Manchester United. They are undefeated in 11 matches at home against their rivals, winning five of these games and drawing six. Ruben Amorim’s side may be looking a little bit stronger as they now sit in 10th, but they are still struggling against the strong teams in the division, and this was emphasised by their 3-0 loss to Manchester City.

Liverpool vs Manchester United – Mohamed Salah to score

Mohamed Salah has struggled for form this season. He only has two goals in seven Premier League appearances but history shows that he loves playing against Manchester United. The Egyptian international has 16 goals and six assists in 17 appearances against the club and it would be a huge shock if he didn’t score this weekend. With Man United’s defence looking shaky and with Liverpool scoring 10 goals in their last four games against their opponents, we are backing Salah to get back to scoring ways.

Liverpool vs Manchester United – Most Goals in second half

Our final selection in our Bet of the Day Bet Builder sees us back the most goals to be scored in the second half in this fixture. Last time the two faced each other, all four goals were scored in the second half. In this fixture, the most goals have been scored in the second half in the last three matches in which they have played each other. Goals typically come late in this fixture as they try to work each other out and we expect similar to happen on Sunday.

What is a Bet of the Day?

The Bet of the Day is our recommended selection and is often a single, double, treble or accumulator. We research a wide selection of leagues and statistics to create our choice and weigh this up with the best odds to bring you our top picks. These may not always come through so be sure to gamble responsibly and only bet with what you can afford to lose.

How do we go about selecting our Bet of the Day tips?

We consider several things when selecting our bet of the day tips.

Statistics, current form, head-to-head record, league position are just a few of the points we look at before making our selection.

What do we look for in our bet of the day tips?

The main thing we’re looking for when making our bet of the day tips is the value for money.

Any customer can make random selections based on relatively short odds, but we try and find odds that should be shorter odds than what’s being offered by a bookmaker when we take into consideration various statistics and form.

What price do we try to make our bet of the day tips?

We tend to look for odds in and around evens as a minimum for our bet of the day, as that means that punters will be at least able to there or thereabouts be able to double their money. However, we’re also keen to find trebles and accumulators with minimum odds of 3/1.

However, it’s important to remember that you should only bet what you can afford to lose, as no selections are ever certain to win.
