Monday’s Bet of the Day comes from the Swedish Allsvenskan, with AIK set to host IFK Goteborg this evening, as we tip AIK to run out winners.
AIK are currently sat second in the Swedish top-flight, and find themselves just a single point behind league-leaders Djurgarden, although AIK have their game in hand against IFK Goteborg, where a win would see them return to the summit.

They’ve only lost three games all season, but are yet to be defeated on their home turf, and they’ll fancy their chances of extending that impressive record moving forwards.
It’s been a somewhat frustrating season to date for IFK Goteborg, who have struggled for a positive run of results throughout this year’s campaign, with Mikael Stahre’s side currently sat 11th in the Allsvenskan.
More alarmingly, Goteborg are only five points above the relegation play-off place, which will have them nervously looking over their shoulders.
They’ve only won twice away from home all season, which doesn’t make for the best of reading, and they’re likely to be in for another tricky test on their travels on Monday.
In the last four reverse fixtures that have taken place between the two teams at Friends Arena, AIK have run out winners, and have conceded just once in those four matches on home soil against Goteborg.
AIK were comfortable 2-0 winners last season against Monday’s visitors and will fancy their chances of coming out on top once again.

What is the Bet of the Day?
The bet of the day is a single, double, treble or accumulator, that we think has a strong chance of returning profit. We will have researched in depth some statistics heading into our choice of selections, and see whether the odds being offered are good value when it comes to the chances of the bet winning.
How do we go about selecting our bet of the day?
We take a number of things into consideration when it comes to selecting our bet of the day.
Statistics, current form, head-to-head record, league position are just a few of the points we look at before making our selection.
What do we look for in our bet of the day?
The main thing we’re looking for when it comes to making our bet of the day is the value for money.
Any customer can make random selections based on relatively short odds, but we try and find odds that should be shorter odds than what’s being offered by a bookmaker when we take into consideration various statistics and form.
What price do we try to make our bet of the day?
We tend to look for odds in and around evens as a minimum for our bet of the day, as that means that punters will be at least able to there or thereabouts be able to double their money.
However, it’s important to remember that you should only bet what you can afford to lose, as no selections are ever guaranteed winners.
