Arsenal vs Atletico Madrid Betting Tips
Our betting expert has three Arsenal vs Atletico Madrid tips for tonight’s UEFA Champions League match at the Emirates Stadium.
- Arsenal to win & both teams to score @ 11/4
- Declan Rice anytime goalscorer @ 5/1
- Both teams to score, Viktor Gyokeres 1+ shots on target & Koke to be booked @ 10/1
Gunners to outpoint Atletico
Arsenal are on some enviable runs. They have won five games on the trot since September’s stalemate with Manchester City.
They have won six straight Champions League games against Spanish opposition – a record – and have tasted success in 11 consecutive Champions League league phase/group-stage games at home without conceding a single goal.
They will fancy their chances of adding to those lists as Diego Simeone and Atleti come to north London, but at least one of them might be broken.
The Spanish outfit put five past Frankfurt on matchday two and have found the net in all 11 competitive games so far this season.
They were agonisingly denied a point at Anfield last month, in a 3-2 loss in stoppage time, and can make their mark on the scoreboard at the Emirates, albeit in what could be a losing effort against an Arsenal side with enough attacking quality to punish a Madrid side with only two shutouts in 11 games.
- Welcome offer gives new customers more free bets than most
- Profit boosts and free football predictors are part of a host of attractive offers
Rice to relish European stage
Declan Rice really earned his stripes in Europe last season, with the England midfielder scoring four times in 13 Champions League appearances.
His brace against Real Madrid here at the Emirates will live long in the memory for the Gunners, both coming from stunning free-kicks. Rice may fancy his chances of adding another against their city rival Atleti.
He began the month with the opening goal in a win over West Ham in the Premier League here and was on target last month for England against Andorra.

- Innovative Super Sub offer means bets roll over to the player coming on
Koke could be in trouble for visitors
Koke will be the man tasked with marshalling the midfield area for the Spaniards. The 33-year-old is closing in on 500 appearances for his club, where he has spent the entirety of his career.
He’s not an untypical Simeone player and won’t be afraid to mix it and put his foot in if needed. He’s been booked three times in his last 10 games and could see another caution in London.
Viktor Gyokeres is still awaiting his first Champions League goal for the Gunners, but the Swede hit six in eight last season for Sporting Lisbon. If this is to be an entertaining contest, he should at least manage to test the visiting netminder.
Both teams have scored in seven of Atleti’s last eight games, including both in Europe. They look a solid proposition to find the net but with just those two clean sheets in 11 games, keeping Arsenal at bay should prove too much for the La Liga outfit.
