Arsenal vs Man City Betting Tips
The Gunners have made a solid start to the campaign amid a spate of injuries that will deny them the services of up to five players who would lay claim to being in Mikel Arteta’s best XI.
Manchester City, meanwhile, are playing catch-up after two early league defeats against Tottenham and Brighton.
But Pep Guardiola’s side appear to be back on track after recording impressive victories over Manchester United and Napoli in the past week.
Arsenal have won the last two home meetings with City, including a stunning 5–1 victory last season that sent shockwaves through the league.

Trends point to proliferation of goals
Both teams are without big names because of injury, but John Stones looks set to return on Sunday to ensure Guardiola has all of his most important players available.
Rayan Cherki, Mateo Kovavic, Rayan Ait-Nouri and Omar Marmoush remain out, but none of them could be considered automatic choices anyway.
Meanwhile, Arteta will be denied the services of Ben White, Gabriel Jesus and Kai Havertz, while there are serious doubts about whether Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard playing any part.
At least William Saliba looks likely to return and he has fared about as well as any centre-back in world football in his duels against Erling Haaland.
Guardiola used to hold the upper hand over his protege after his City side beat Arteta’s Arsenal in eight of their first nine meetings.
But the tide has turned recently with the Gunners unbeaten in the last five, winning three and drawing two.
The trend has been for these encounters to feature plenty of chances at both ends with at least three goals and each team scoring in five of the last seven.
Arteta was criticised for a negative set-up in Arsenal’s recent trip to Anfield and is unlikely to adopt a similar approach here.
And with these potential title contenders desperate to maintain contact with Liverpool at the top, expect another end-to-end affair in which goals at both ends proliferate.

Maturing Madueke can make his mark
Arsenal’s summer signing of Noni Madueke split the fanbase with a vocal majority seemingly unhappy with Arteta’s acquisition of the former Chelsea winger.
But there are not so many Noni naysayers now after he shone in the opening games of the campaign.
Madueke has tied opposing full-backs in knots, although he has yet to provide a direct goal contribution.
That could change against City, who have not faced a winger with as much form or ability in the last month.
Madueke, who scored the opening goal for Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium last season, has grown up a lot since he left Stamford Bridge.
The player who argued with Nicolas Jackson over taking a penalty and was seen laughing after the Blues’ FA Cup semi-final defeat is now making better decisions in the final third.
He has recorded the fourth-most carries into the penalty area in the Premier League and the highest expected assists and successful take-ons of any Arsenal player this term.

Gunners get fired up for City clashes
Both teams have scored in five of the last seven meetings of these clubs and that bet should be the basis of the Bet Builder.
Madueke is due to make a telling contribution with either a goal or assist and he did find the back of the net against City last season.
Finally, include Arsenal to receive more cards than City as the final leg to boost the odds further.
The Gunners were penalised with more cards than City in both of their league meetings last season, collecting a total of seven cautions and a red card in the two fixtures.
