BMW Championship Betting Tips
Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy are the top two in the betting, while the likes of Xander Schauffele, Patrick Cantlay, Tommy Fleetwood, Ludvig Aberg and Justin Thomas are also towards the head of the market.
Sepp Straka is absent due to a personal matter but does expect to play at the season-ending Tour Championship.
With the top 30 in the FedEx rankings after the BMW qualifying for the Tour Championship at East Lake, there is plenty to play for in Baltimore County and it promises to be another enthralling watch on the PGA Tour.

Young to make quick return to winner’s circle
After seven runner-up finishes a first PGA Tour title seemed like it would never arrive for Cameron Young, but he finally made his breakthrough at the Wyndham Championship two starts ago and he followed that up with a fifth-placed effort at the St. Jude Championship.
The American’s confidence levels have gone up a notch since that success and he will fancy his chances of negotiating this tricky test at Caves Valley Golf Club, which is a long track at just over 7,600 yards.
It was four years ago when this venue last hosted the BMW and there were two areas which really stood out that week, driving distance and putting, and Young has impressed in both of those departments this season.
The 28-year-old is eighth in driving distance, fifth in putting average and seventh in strokes gained putting, so he looks to have the skillset required to lift the trophy this week and move on to the Tour Championship.

Morikawa to end trophy drought
Collin Morikawa has been exemplary from tee-to-green this season, as he ranks second in strokes gained, and that reliability of finding fairways and hitting greens should stand him in good stead this week.
The American, who is eyeing a spot in the Ryder Cup team in September, bounced back from two missed cuts in a row to finish tied-22nd at the St. Jude Championship.
Once again, Morikawa’s long game was in fine shape, but it was the putter that let him down over the four days as he finished 61st in strokes gained in that department in a 69-player field.
Sitting 17th in the FedEx Cup rankings, the 28-year-old will be hoping to build momentum ahead of the Tour Championship and if he can exact any improvement from the flat stick, a first title since October 2023 could be his this week.

Kitayama to book East Lake spot
Kurt Kitayama has been one of the biggest movers in the FedEx rankings over the last month, with his victory at the 3M Open three starts ago and his tied-ninth finish at last week’s St. Jude Championship helping him to 37th in the standings.
The American, ranked 34th in the world, is now just seven places away from qualifying for the Tour Championship and he will fancy his chances of putting in another strong performance in Maryland.
With a driving distance standing of eighth on the PGA Tour, Kitayama has excelled off the tee, which he is 11th in strokes gained in, while his position of seventh in putting average is evidence of how strong the flat stick has been.

- Welcome offer gives new customers more free bets than most
- Profit boosts and free football predictors are part of a host of attractive offers
