Brentford vs Arsenal Betting Tips
Our betting expert has three Brentford vs Arsenal tips for Thursday, February 12 in the Premier League at Gtech Community Stadium (kick-off, 8pm). Scroll down for the analysis behind his selections.
- Both Teams To Score – Yes @ 4/5
- Bet Builder – Igor Thiago and Viktor Gyokeres each to have 1+ shots on target, Martin Zubimendi and Vitaly Janelt each to have 1+ shots @ 17/2
- Martin Zubimendi 1+ shots on target @ 11/4
Go for goals at both ends at the Gtech
Arsenal lead the way in the Premier League and they went into this midweek round of fixtures with a healthy six-point advantage over closest challengers Manchester City.
The Gunners are the favourites to claim a victory ahead of Thursday’s solitary Premier League fixture but Brentford have hit some form themselves and shouldn’t be underestimated either.
With fifth place potentially enough for Champions League qualification, the Bees have plenty to play for and they come into this clash after upsetting the odds with victories at Villa Park and Newcastle.
The best angle could be a straightforward bet on both teams to score as both attacks are in form. Brentford score on average just under two goals per-game at home in the Premier League and Arsenal have only failed to score in two of their away assignments across all competitions this season.
The Gunners have the best defence in the Premier League with just 17 goals conceded but away from home they have found clean sheets a little harder to come by, conceding in four of their last six road games across all competitions.
Both teams have scored in three of the last four head-to-head meetings, including the corresponding league fixture in each of the last two seasons, so goals at both ends looks likely in west London.

Four player shot props form 17/2 bet builder
Brentford striker Igor Thiago is enjoying an incredible season with 17 goals in 25 Premier League games, behind only Erling Haaland in the Golden Boot battle.
Thiago averages 1.3 shots on target per-game and scored in the win at Newcastle last time out. The Brazilian will also be on spot kick duties.
Viktor Gyokeres scored twice from the bench against Sunderland for Arsenal and should come back into the starting side. Like Thiago, he will be on penalty duties and he averages 0.6 shots on target per-game.
The two forwards look capable of a shot on target each, while Brentford’s Vitaly Janelt and visiting midfielder Zubimendi can at least muster one shot apiece.
Janelt scored at Newcastle and has only failed to shoot in two of his last eight Premier League appearances, while Zubimendi has had attempts in total across his last nine games.
Zubimendi can test the keeper
Martin Zubimendi has scored in back-to-back Premier League games for Arsenal so the 11/4 on the Spain international to record at least one shot on goal looks excellent value.
Zubimendi has had four shots on target across his last three league games, with seven attempts in total, and over the course of the season he has a reasonable strike rate. Zubimendi averages just under one shot per-game and has an accuracy rate of just under 50%. Discounting blocked shots, only a third of Zubimendi’s efforts are recorded as off target so he may only need one opportunity to test the keeper and see this bet land on Thursday.
