Brentford vs Liverpool Betting Tips
Our betting expert has three Brentford vs Liverpool tips for Saturday evening’s Premier League match at the GTech Community Stadium (kick-off, 8pm). Scroll down for the analysis behind his selections.
- Liverpool to win and Both Teams to Score @ 2/1
- Anytime Goalscorer – Hugo Ekitike @ 13/10

Reds can get back on track
After four straight defeats in all competitions, Liverpool picked up a thumping victory, with a 5-1 win at Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League.
Now it’s up to Arne Slot and his players to get back on the winning path in the Premier League, where they have lost the last three – against Crystal Palace, Chelsea and Manchester United.
Their next stop is Brentford, who have won two of their last three and who are seeking back-to-back league wins for the first time under Keith Andrews.
It’s a big ask though against a Liverpool team that have won on their last two visits to the GTech Community Stadium and have lost just one of their last eight Premier League meetings with the Bees.
Defensively, the defending champions still look shaky and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see them conceded again, having already leaked 14 goals in eight matches.

Ekitike to benefit from Isak issue
A groin injury to their record signing may have done Liverpool a favour, with Alexander Isak set to miss Saturday evening’s clash.
The Swedish star, who is still seeking his first league goal for the Reds, picked up the problem in Wednesday’s victory in Germany and seems certain to miss the Bees match-up.
That means Hugo Ekitike looks set to start through the middle, with the Frenchman making a big impression since his summer move from Frankfurt.
The 23-year-old was on the scoresheet against his former club and goes into the weekend’s match looking for his fourth league goal of the season.

Bradley faces stiff defensive test
Liverpool suffered another injury setback on Wednesday, with Jeremie Frimpong pulling up early in the game due to a hamstring issue.
That means Conor Bradley is likely to start at right back and he faces a real test of his credentials against an in-form Kevin Schade.
Bradley has committed nine fouls in his five Premier League performances and has picked up three yellow cards along the way.
Few Liverpool fans would argue that Cody Gakpo has been one of the Reds’ best players this season, with the Dutchman scoring in his last three matches in all competitions.
The former PSV ace, who hit the woodwork three times against Man Utd, has had more shots than any other Liverpool player in the league (16).
It’s also worth noting that the Reds have so far scored 14 goals in the league this season, with 10 of those goals coming after the half-time break.
