When does Dancing on Ice start?
The first episode in the 17th UK series of Dancing on Ice will be aired on Sunday 12th January 2025 at 6.30pm on ITV1. There will be a total of nine Dancing of Ice episodes this season, as was the case last year. This means the finale is expected to be screened on Sunday 9th March 2025.
What is the Dancing on Ice line-up?
The identities of the 11 celebrities taking part in Dancing on Ice this season have already been revealed, featuring a mixture of sports stars, soap actors and reality TV personalities. Dame Sarah Storey had been included in the original line-up, but injury put paid to her hopes.

Dancing on Ice Betting Odds
It’s already possible to bet on Dancing on Ice as betting odds were released as soon as the contestants were announced, and Chris Taylor and Mollie Pearce are the early Dancing on Ice favourites.
As far as dark horses are concerned, Chelsee Healey could be the most likely female to break the curse that has seen women struggle to win the trophy in recent years. Healey previously took part in Strictly Come Dancing in 2011, finishing in a creditable second place behind McFly’s Harry Judd, so odds of 11/1 could prove to be generous.
