In-form strikers promise goals
Two of the top-scoring teams in the Premier League will clash at the Etihad and it looks set to be a highly entertaining game.
City have found the back of the net 17 times in their opening nine matches, but now face a Bournemouth team that are three places and two points ahead of them in the table.
The Cherries have scored 16 times in their first nine games, scoring two or more goals in each of the last four matches.
Erling Haaland leads the way in the Premier League goalscoring list, with the Norwegian already bagging 11 times this term.
In Antoine Semenyo, Bournemouth have the joint-second top scorer with six goals, while the 25-year-old also has three assists to his name.
It’s also worth noting that there have been three or more goals in nine of the last 10 meetings between the two sides, which includes a 3-1 home win in this fixture last season.

Semenyo catching the eye
Antoine Semenyo has been the star of the show for Bournemouth so far this season and the Ghana international is being strongly linked with several of the Premier League heavyweights.
The former Bristol City man has already scored twice at Anfield this term, whilst also getting on the scoresheet in the draw at Leeds at the end of September.
Semenyo, who found the net in the home win over City last season, has scored a goal every 135 minutes and sits fourth in the top-flight stats for total shots – with 18 in his first nine matches.

Forward duo can shine
Erling Haaland’s figures are incredible and the former Borussia Dortmund man is on course to claim the Premier League Golden Boot once again.
The Norwegian has already scored 11 times and claimed one assist, raking up 35 shots in nine appearances to date.
Bournemouth’s Eli Kroupi has made a name for himself in the last month, with the 19 year-old scoring three goals in the last two games.
The French teenager, who was on loan at Lorient last season, has only made six appearances and has had six shots to date.
Bournemouth are second for total yellow cards in the Premier League, picking up 23 cautions in their opening nine matches.
Tyler Adams has had four of those bookings and the former Leeds man will have a struggle trying to control the centre of midfield at the Etihad.
