French Open Betting Tips & Predictions
- Outright winner – Jannik Sinner @ 2/1 with BoyleSports
- Outright winner – Casper Ruud @ 33/1 with Sky Bet
- Outright winner – Arthur Fils @ 80/1 with Unibet
Sinner to claim glory
Sinner is the world number one, and is by far and away the best player in the world, and that’s even with a break from action that he had recently. The Italian reached the final of the Rome Masters, before being edged out by Carlos Alcaraz.
However, with a run to the final coming in his first tournament back since the Australian Open triumph in January, there’s certainly positives to take for Sinner heading towards the French Open.
The 23-year-old reached the semi-final of the French Open last year, but has gone from strength to strength ever since, which will have his supporters in a confident mood heading into this year’s event.
If he’s anywhere near his best level, then you’d be a brave punter to back against Sinner to win the French Open, and with a price of 2/1 available on BoyleSports, it’s a price worth taking for bettors.
French Open Tip 1: Outright winner – Jannik Sinner at 2/1 with BoyleSports
- Plenty of promotions for existing customers
- Extra Place races available
Ruud to end majors drought
Ruud lacks confidence in some major tournaments, but the French Open is one that he seems to play his best tennis on, which isn’t too surprising given that clay is his favoured surface.
The Norwegian was the runner-up in both 2022 and 2023, before reaching the semi-final in last year’s event at Roland Garros. He’s been in good form this year on clay, and won an ATP Tour title in Madrid not so long ago, which caught the eye for all the right reasons, as he beat Taylor Fritz, Daniil Medvedev, and Jack Draper on his way to the title in Spain.
Ruud is a dangerous player for any of the top-four seeds to come up against, and if he can bring his best level to Roland Garros, then he’ll have every chance of springing a surprise and ending his lengthy wait for a major title.
French Open Tip 2: Outright winner – Casper Ruud at 33/1 with Sky Bet

Fils to make home advantage count
The French crowd are often extremely vocal in matches that involve French players, and Fils is well-known for having the crowd on his side at Roland Garros. If he can make use of that to fuel his momentum heading into this tournament, then he’ll have every chance of reaching the later stages.
Fils is set to take on Nicolás Jarry in Round One of this year’s French Open, in what should be a routine win for Fils if he’s anywhere near the level we know he can perform to on clay.
He’s in Jannik Sinner’s quarter of the draw, which could make his progress problematic, but again, with the home crowd behind him, Fils is a player that should be much shorter odds than the 80/1 price being offered on Unibet.
