It is the turn of Birmingham for Night 13 of the Premier League, a venue which saw Michael van Gerwen reign supreme last year with his memorable victory over Luke Littler in the final.
However, MvG is one of only two players in the eight-strong field, alongside Rob Cross, yet to register a nightly win and those two meet in the last scheduled quarter-final.
The prize in Liverpool a week ago went the way of Gerwyn Price, and the Welshman opens up in Birmingham against the man he defeated in that final on Merseyside, Luke Humphries.

Return to Birmingham could have desired effect for MvG
Van Gerwen is desperate to get a nightly win under his belt in this year’s Premier League and, with work still to do to secure an all-important top four spot, he is going to be extremely motivated in the coming weeks.
The Green Machine was champion at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham last year, beating Humphries in the final, and there is every chance that he could repeat the feat.
MvG gets his Night 13 under way against Cross and that looks to be very winnable given that Voltage has triumphed in only two of his last nine matches and on current form is the weakest player in the field.
A semi-final showdown with Humphries or Price would require more, but the Dutchman clinched a European Tour title just over a week ago before making the semi-final in Liverpool last week, when he defeated Littler before bumping into Cool Hand Luke.
Van Gerwen looks a good odds-on shot to beat Cross at 8/13 and also makes an each-way appeal to win the night at 6/1.

Dobey can overcome an ailing Aspinall
Chris Dobey got a Premier League win in Rotterdam on Night 11, a success which featured a semi-final victory over Aspinall, and he can overcome that rival again in the Second City.
The Newcastle lad is throwing some excellent darts currently and was unfortunate to lose in the quarter-final of European Tour 5 on Sunday, going down 6-4 to Martin Schindler despite averaging 106.50.
While Dobey has lost only three of his last 11 matches, Aspinall has suffered four defeats in five and is starting to show some inconsistency.

Bunting should give Littler some cause for concern
Littler remains at the Premier League summit, having won four of the opening 12 events, but he has lost back-to-back matches against Gian Van Veen on the European Tour and to Van Gerwen in Liverpool last week.
Bunting also had the beating of Littler in their last meeting on Night 11 at the semi-final stage, edging to a 6-5 success, and that means that the Bullet has prevailed in three of their last six meetings.
That is a pretty good record considering Littler’s dominance in darts right now and Bunting is finding peak form, having won 14 of his last 19 matches. He may be worth a bet on the handicap, with getting to four legs enough to suffice.
