Sky Super 6 returned last week and the £1m jackpot has now been rolled over to this week after no one managed to predict the correct scores of all six selected games.
The great news for Super 6 for the start of the season is the fact that you will be in with a chance of winning the £1m jackpot for the first 9 weeks of Sky Super 6, with the huge jackpot being given to the season leader if the prize money has not been won yet.
Look below for all the details around how to sign up and how to make your predictions on Sky Super 6. The deadline to submit your Sky Super 6 predictions for this weekend is 3pm on Saturday 23rd August.
How does Sky Super 6 Work?
Sky Super 6 is a free-to-play football prediction game open to both new and existing players. With a £1m jackpot up for grabs this week, now is the perfect time to get involved in the free-to-play game. Here is a step-by-step guide to show you how Super 6 works and how to get involved.
- First of all, you need to log in using your Sky Bet account details.
- You then head to Super 6 and predict the scores of six selected fixtures. These are usually Premier League matches but can also feature games from the EFL, FA Cup, or Champions League.
- You receive 2 points for correctly predicting the match outcome and 5 points for predicting the exact scoreline.
- Super 6 also has a Tie-breaker question, which sees you have to predict the minute of the first goal scored across all six matches.
Our Sky Super 6 Predictions
Here are our predictions for the second week of Super 6 games. Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher also provides his predictions for the same matches and you can see these alongside our predictions.
Super 6 Matches | Luke’s Predictions | Jamie Carragher’s Predictions |
Brentford vs Aston Villa | 1-2 | 0-1 |
Bournemouth vs Wolves | 2-1 | 2-0 |
Arsenal vs Leeds | 2-0 | 1-1 |
Crystal Palace vs Nottm Forest | 1-1 | 2-2 |
Everton vs Brighton | 1-1 | 2-1 |
Fulham vs Man United | 1-2 | 1-2 |
Brentford vs Aston Villa
Brentford started their season with a 3-1 loss against Nottingham Forest and the Bees looked poor in their first fixture under Keith Andrews. Yoane Wissa is refusing to play for them and their squad is looking a little weak. Meanwhile, Aston Villa picked up a decent 0-0 draw with Newcastle in their first game. Ezri Konsa was sent off and Villa had to play with 10 men for 25 minutes, so it was a respectable result. Villa should have too much firepower and should be able to beat Brentford comfortably.
Our Prediction: Brentford 1-2 Aston Villa
Bournemouth vs Wolves
Both Bournemouth and Wolves started their campaigns with defeats as Bournemouth lost 4-2 to Liverpool whilst Wolves lost 4-0 Man City. Bournemouth fought well against Liverpool and managed to make it 2-2 at one point, whilst Wolves barely had any control or chances against Man City. With this in mind we are backing the Cherries to pick up their first win.
Our Prediction: Bournemouth 2-1 Wolves
Arsenal vs Leeds
Arsenal and Leeds both picked up 1-0 wins last weekend, and this makes the upcoming fixture a very exciting one, especially with the history of the two sides. Leeds will feel more comfortable after winning their first game back in the Premier League and will no doubt give the Gunners a game, but Arsenal are very good at home and with stars like Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard, they should be able to make it two wins in two matches.
Our Prediction: Arsenal 2-0 Leeds
Crystal Palace vs Nottm Forest
This game now has some added bitterness between the two teams following the Europe saga over the summer, and both will be itching to beat each other. Forest will be happy after beating Brentford, whilst the Eagles also looked strong in their first match after a 0-0 draw with Club World Cup champions Chelsea. Both teams are strong, and we see the pair cancelling each other out on the day.
Our Prediction: Crystal Palace 1-1 Nottm Forest
Everton vs Brighton
Everton play their first competitive game at their new stadium this weekend after leaving Goodison Park last season, so the atmosphere should be loud and fans will no doubt forget last week’s loss to Leeds for 90 minutes. Brighton conceded a 96th minute equaliser to Fulham in their first Premier League match, so both clubs will be wanting to get their first win under their belt. Despite this, it’s hard to split the two, especially with Everton winning the last match against the Seagulls and Brighton winning the match prior.
Our Prediction: Everton 1-1 Brighton
Fulham vs Man Utd
Despite neither side picking up a win in the Premier League last week, both sides had positives to take from their matches and both will see this upcoming fixture as a chance to pick up a win. Fulham may feel more confident being at home, but it’s now been another week for Ruben Amorim’s new signings to gel and this could be crucial for the Red Devils. With top attacking talent like Bryan Mbeumo and Bruno Fernandes, we are backing Man United to win. Man United also haven’t lost at Craven Cottage since 2009.
Our Prediction: Fulham 1-2 Man Utd
Super 6 Round Top Scorer
Super 6 also has some new features this season, and one of them is called Round Top Scorer. This gives all players a chance so win a £6,000 cash prize if there is no jackpot winner this weekend. If you finish the round as the top points scorer in Super 6, you will win the £6,000.
