Sky Super 6 Tips – £1 million Jackpot still up for grabs

Sky Super 6 is back, and the £1 million jackpot remains unclaimed after the first two weeks of the Premier League season. The prize pot will continue to roll over for the opening nine weeks unless someone correctly predicts all six scorelines. If it still hasn’t been won after that period, the jackpot will go to the player with the highest overall points tally.

To get involved, you’ll need to sign up to Sky Super 6 and submit your predictions ahead of this weekend’s fixtures. It’s free to play, and all you have to do is predict the correct scores in six selected matches.

The deadline to lock in your Sky Super 6 predictions is 3pm on Saturday, 30th August, so make sure you don’t leave it too late to enter your picks.

How Does Sky Super 6 Work?

Sky Super 6 is a free-to-play football prediction game available for both new and existing players. With a £1 million jackpot up for grabs this week, now’s the perfect time to get involved. Here’s how it works:

  1. Log In: Use your Sky Bet account details to sign in. If you do not have a Sky Bet account then you can create one. You must be at least 18 years old to have an account.
  2. Make Your Predictions: Predict the scorelines for six selected fixtures. These fixtures are usually from the Premier League, though they can also include EFL, FA Cup, or Champions League matches.
  3. Scoring Points: You receive two points for correctly predicting the result of a match; eg, correctly predicting Chelsea to beat Brighton, but you can get five points for nailing the exact score; eg, correctly predicting Chelsea beating Brighton 2-1.
  4. Tie-Breaker: If there are two people who have correctly predicted all six scores, then there is a tie-breaker. You have to correctly guess the minute of the first goal scored across all six matches.

It’s simple, quick, and completely free to play, with a huge £1m up for grabs, so why not give it a go?

Our Sky Super 6 Tips & Predictions

Here are our Sky Super 6 predictions for this weekend’s matches. We correctly predicted the exact score for one of the six selected games in last week’s Super 6, whilst we correctly predicted the outcome of two other matches, so see how we fare, and have a go at outdoing us yourself.

Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher also provides his predictions in Sky Super 6, and you can see his predictions alongside ours.

Super 6 Predictions

Man United vs Burnley

Man United take on recently promoted Burnley at Old Trafford, and despite their midweek struggles in the Carabao Cup, it should be a comfortable victory for Ruben Amorim’s side. Burnley did pick up a win last week against Sunderland, but we think home advantage will prove key for the Red Devils. Man United have players like Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha in attack, and their performance at home to Arsenal shouldn’t be forgotten, so this quality should see them pick up the win. Burnley lost 3-0 to Spurs in their first match on the road and we see a similar outcome for the away side.

Our Prediction: Man Utd 2-0 Burnley

Spurs vs Bournemouth

This should be a very exciting encounter. Bournemouth looked good despite losing 4-2 to Liverpool in their first match and then beat Wolves last week, showing that they should have a good campaign, despite the loss of several players this summer. Spurs have won their first two games, scoring five goals and conceding none in the new era under Thomas Frank. Their last match was away to Man City, but in the end they managed a strong 2-0 win. This definitely leaves Spurs as favourites ahead of this match and we think they will make it three wins in three games, although it wouldn’t shock us to see Antoine Semenyo’s goalscoring form continue.

Our Prediction: Spurs 2-1 Bournemouth

Wolves vs Everton

Everton picked up a strong 2-0 win last week, whilst Wolves remain both goalless and pointless in the Premier League. Despite this, they should be motivated by the fact that Everton lost their last away game 1-0 to recently promoted Leeds. Wolves also picked up a win midweek against fellow Premier League side West Ham in the EFL Cup, although doubts remain over the future of Jørgen Strand Larsen. We think this match will be closely contested, with the Toffees just coming out on top.

Our Prediction: Wolves 0-1 Everton

Leeds vs Newcastle

One of the most exciting matches of the week sees Leeds take on Newcastle at Elland Road. It’s tough at Newcastle right now, especially with Alexander Isak still refusing to play. Newcastle drew their first match 0-0 and then lost 3-2 in the dying seconds to Liverpool. Despite the loss, they would be happy with the performance, given they played the second half with 10 men. We believe that they will be able to use the performance to kickstart their season with a tough victory against Leeds.

Our Prediction: Leeds 1-2 Newcastle

Brighton vs Manchester City

Brighton have had a tough start to the season as they conceded a 96th minute equaliser to Fulham in their first match and then lost 2-0 to Everton in their last match. Man City started strongly with a 4-0 thrashing of Wolves, but they then lost 2-0 to Spurs. Pep Guardiola’s side need to bounce back as soon as possible so they don’t fall too far behind the league leaders, and we think they can do so against Brighton, who do not look as strong as they did at the end of last season.

Our Prediction: Brighton 1-3 Manchester City

Liverpool vs Arsenal

The biggest match of the weekend in the Premier League sees Arsenal take on Liverpool at Anfield. Both sides have two wins from two games and are among the favourites to win the Premier League this campaign, so this game is an early test to see who looks stronger at this current time.

Liverpool are at home, which should help them; however their performances so far have not looked as strong as last season, especially defensively. Their wins haven’t been comfortable so far and you could easily argue that they have more points than they deserve. Meanwhile, Arsenal have scored six goals in their first two games and have not conceded yet. They look as strong as ever defensively and have made some exciting new signings recently, which should help them get over the line despite injuries to Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard.

Our Prediction: Liverpool 1-2 Arsenal

Sky Super 6 Carra Head-to-Head

There are also some mini competitions in Super 6 which give you an bigger chance to win some prizes. One of these games is Carra Head-to-Head. If you beat Jamie Carragher’s score this weekend in Super 6, you will be entered in a prize draw. Bonus prizes are typically small cash prizes, with last week’s winner receiving £1000.
