Sky Super 6 Predictions

Man City vs Wolves

Manchester City should have a comfortable game against Wolves this weekend, despite the away side being undefeated in their last four games. Pep Guardiola’s side lost midweek in the Champions League and will be looking to get back to winning ways this weekend. Man City have won 10 of the last 11 games between the two sides, with them beating Wolves 4-0 earlier this season. The home side are also undefeated in their last five matches at the Etihad and they should score a few goals in a strong victory this weekend.

Our Prediction: Man City 3-1

Burnley vs Spurs

Burnley take on Spurs this weekend and it’s probably going to be a tight match, with both managers favouring defence over attack. Burnley have only scored 10 goals at home this season, whilst they have lost six and won just two of their 11 matches at Turf Moor in the Premier League. Spurs are one of the best teams in the division away from home and sit second in the away form table. They should get back to winning ways against a Burnley side struggling in the relegation zone.

Our Prediction: Burnley 0-1 Spurs

Bournemouth vs Liverpool

Bournemouth vs Liverpool should be a game with goals as Bournemouth have scored 35 goals and conceded 41 in 22 matches, whilst Liverpool have scored 33 and conceded 29 goals so far. Liverpool sit fourth and Bournemouth sit 15th, but we are backing the Cherries to get a point out of the game in a score draw. Bournemouth have beaten Spurs at home and drawn to Chelsea, and with Liverpool also drawing their last four Premier League matches, Andoni Iraola’s side will be feeling confident of getting something out of the game this weekend.

Our Prediction: Bournemouth 2-2 Liverpool

Crystal Palace vs Chelsea

Crystal Palace are in awful form, with no wins in 10 matches, and we are expecting that to continue against Chelsea. Despite this, we are still backing the Eagles to pick up a point at Selhurst Park. Chelsea have three wins in four under Liam Rosenior, but they only beat Pafos 1-0 and could have easily conceded, whilst Brentford will feel like they should have scored on a couple of occasions against the Blues last weekend. The last three matches between the two have been draws, and we are backing the same outcome on Sunday.

Our Prediction: Crystal Palace 1-1 Chelsea

Newcastle vs Aston Villa

Newcastle vs Aston Villa rarely disappoints. Before the 0-0 draw at Villa Park earlier this season, there had been 25 goals scored in six matches between the pair. We are expecting a tight affair as both teams are performing well at the moment, and we are expecting them to cancel each other out in a score draw. Newcastle have three wins and two draws in their last five home games, whilst Villa are third in the Premier League away table, so expect a tight match when the pair meet this weekend.

Our Prediction: Newcastle 1-1 Aston Villa

Arsenal vs Man United

The Super Sunday headliner match this weekend is a great one as Arsenal take on Manchester United. Many would have predicted a comfortable win for the Gunners a couple of weeks ago, but with Man United comfortably beating Man City last weekend in Michael Carrick’s first game in charge, it may now be a lot tighter than expected. Arsenal are undefeated at home, with nine wins and two draws in the Premier League this season. They have only conceded five goals and have scored 26, so we are still backing them to win, but the Red Devils should give them a good challenge when they meet on Sunday.

Our Prediction: Arsenal 2-1 Man United
