The Apprentice 2026: Betting odds make Karishma favourite ahead of final

The 20th series of The Apprentice now has just one episode left, after Thursday night saw the usual mix of tears and insults at the interview stage.

With just two candidates remaining, we’ll have a look at who is the most likely to receive £250,000 of Alan Sugar’s money to invest in their business.

The Apprentice Latest News

The penultimate episode of The Apprentice saw five candidates face up to a grilling from Claude Littner, Claudine Collins, Linda Plant, and Mike Soutar.

It quickly became clear that both Lawrence Rosenberg and Priyesh Bathia’s plans were flawed, with Lawrence asking for far more than the £250k on offer, while Priyesh had dodged elimination earlier in the series by the skin of his teeth.

Their firings in the boardroom left us with three prospective partners to Lord Sugar – Dan Miller, Karishma Vijay, and Pascha Myhill.

Karishma, who had impressed throughout the hiring process, was quickly put through to the final two. This left Dan and Pascha, with Dan’s student recruitment business somewhat controversially shunned at the expense of Pascha and her proposal for a new private healthcare recruitment company.

The Apprentice Betting Odds 2026

Having first produced hypothetical betting odds for The Apprentice after just one episode, it has been interesting to look back and see how our early picks got on.

At that point, MyBettingSites.co.uk predicted that ‘our two to follow most closely are Karishma and Tanmay’, so having one of the two reach the final stage is a fair effort.

Karishma impressed since day one, doing well to secure a bargain deal in the opening episode, before leading projects with aplomb throughout the last few months.

She’s seeking an investment to elevate her skincare business, and that’s an area that’s sure to interest Alan Sugar, given he previously invested in a similar line of business with series 7 runner-up, Susie Ma. Her company, Tropic Skincare, has been cited as one of the UK’s fastest-growing brands, so it’s no surprise to see Karishma priced up as our favourite to win out in the end.

Pascha, who we initially priced up as the sixth most likely winner of the initial 20 candidates, has slightly outperformed our predictions.

Her seven-page business plan threatened to derail her hopes, but she will ultimately join Karishma in the final two, even though we see her falling just short of securing investment.
