The twists and turns keep coming in Series 4 of The Traitors, with Jessie turning the heat back up on Stephen, but potentially paying for it with murder. Read on to find out the latest Traitors news, plus our popular odds updates.
The Traitors UK latest news
After the twists and dramas of recent shows, Episode 8 of The Traitors was a relatively serene affair. The Traitors began by dodging the multiple shields in play to successfully murder Adam. The fact that they managed to do so drew attention on Sam, and he was duly banished at the latest roundtable.
The episode closed in the Traitors’ turret, as Rachel and Stephen again shunned the opportunity of recruiting Matthew, in favour of another attempted murder. Indeed, rather than being recruited, Matthew’s name is actually on the shortlist for murder, alongside Faraaz and Jessie, with a decision expected at the start of Episode 9.
The Traitors Series 4 betting odds
Sadly, UK betting sites have been unwilling to provide The Traitors betting odds, but we’re still more than happy to put our reputations on the line.
Having bet on numerous reality TV shows over the years, you can be sure that The Traitors betting odds we publish are a fair interpretation of the most likely outcome. You can see that we correctly predicted Fiona was the Secret Traitor earlier in the series.
The Traitors winner odds
Although Series 4 of The Traitors has now passed the halfway mark, trying to predict the eventual winner is harder than ever, with the producers introducing more twists than ever before.
Stephen appeared to have finally shaken off Jessie’s suspicions, but Episode 8 saw her go back after him, resulting in a slight drop in his odds to win.
It’s therefore Rachel who moves back to the head of the betting, as she continues to fend off accusations with surprising ease.
In terms of the remaining Faithful, Jack and Ellie have progressed with virtually no suspicion. The same can be said of Jessie and Faraaz, but they are given longer odds due to concerns that they could be murdered at any point.
| Name | The Traitors Winner Odds | Implied Probability |
| Rachel | 7/4 | 36% |
| Jack | 2/1 | 33% |
| Ellie | 3/1 | 25% |
| Stephen | 4/1 | 20% |
| Matthew | 6/1 | 14% |
| Faraaz | 6/1 | 14% |
| Jessie | 6/1 | 14% |
| Roxy | 8/1 | 11% |
| James | 8/1 | 11% |

Next attempted murder odds
Episode 8 left us with a shortlist of three potential murder victims – Faraaz, Matthew and Jessie.
The Traitors have no desire to stick by their promise of recruiting Matthew, and so it’s Jessie who is most likely to be murdered. Her refusal to give Stephen an easy ride gives him the perfect reason to get rid of her, before she can garner enough support to banish another Traitor at the next roundtable.
| Name | Next Murder Odds | Implied Probability |
| Jessie | Evens | 50% |
| Matthew | 2/1 | 33% |
| Faraaz | 3/1 | 25% |
Next banishment odds
Sam’s banishment last night had been on the cards, although no one can be completely discounted at this point, especially with the likes of Fiona and Harriet both behaving unpredictably in recent episodes.
Stephen may face fresh interrogation, either from Jessie, or from the remaining Faithful who are keen to avenge her potential murder. Of the Faithful, Matthew and James have both received nominations for banishment lately, so they are alternatives if Stephen can survive.
| Name | Next Banishment Odds | Implied Probability |
| Matthew | 2/1 | 33% |
| Stephen | 5/2 | 29% |
| James | 3/1 | 25% |
| Jade | 4/1 | 20% |
| Roxy | 6/1 | 14% |
| Rachel | 6/1 | 14% |
| Ellie | 8/1 | 11% |
| Faraaz | 8/1 | 11% |
| Jack | 14/1 | 7% |
| Jessie | 14/1 | 7% |
