BetMGM Grand National Betting Offers
- Welcome offer gives new customers more free bets than most
- Profit boosts and free football predictors are part of a host of attractive offers
BetMGM are offering their new customers £40 in Grand National free bets ahead of the 2025 Grand National, which is one of the best sign up offers in the business ahead of the meeting at Aintree. To obtain the free bets on offer from this operator, all you’ll have to do is wager funds of at least £10 on a betting market that has minimum odds of 1/1 (2.0).
Regardless of the outcome of that qualifying bet, you’ll be pleased to hear that you’ll still be credited with the full £40 in Grand National free bets as soon as that qualifying bet has been settled.

New customers on Betano can get £30 in Grand National free bets when they wager at least £10 on a selection with minimum odds of 1/1 (2.0).
Compared to other new betting sites, Betano are offering more in free bets, which is pleasing to see, as they’re more than likely to see plenty of new customers heading their way ahead of this year’s Grand National.

Grand National Favourites
Our team of betting experts have complied a short list of the 2025 Grand National favourites with bet365.
Stumptown – Stumptown won the Country Chase at the Cheltenham Festival last month, in one of the best performances of that week at Cheltenham. They’re in excellent form having won their last four races, and it wouldn’t be too eye-opening to see them making it five wins in a row here this weekend. If Stumptown is in and around the leaders in the home straight, then there’s every chance of them cruising through like we saw at the Cheltenham Festival.
Iroko – This horse is one of the younger horses in the field for the 2025 Grand National, but you’d still be a brave punter to back against Iroko. They were only beaten by just over two lengths by Grey Dawning at Kelso last month, and given Grey Dawning’s quality, that’s certainly not a poor showing from Iroko, who has the potential to challenge for the win at Aintree this weekend.
Hewick – The 10-year-old has plenty of experience, and that could come in handy ahead of the 2025 Grand National. Hewick comes into this race off the back of winning a meeting at Thurles last month, which caught the eye for all the right reasons. It’s no surprise to see Hewick’s price shortening as we edge towards the main event taking place on Saturday, and it’ll be interesting to see if that money in the market is justified.
I Am Maximus – This horse won last year’s Grand National in hugely impressive style, although it seems it could be a slightly tough ask to do so once again in this year’s event. I Am Maximus finished eighth in a race at Leopardstown last time out, whilst also being pulled up in late December, so there will be concerns as to how effective he’ll be in this race.
Grand National Betting Tips
Below, you’ll find our betting tips for the 2025 Grand National, and if you’re keen to find out more about Grand National outsiders, then head over to our dedicated page.
Vanillier – Vanillier made a notable impression on many punters by winning at Punchestown earlier this season. A strong performance at this year’s Cheltenham Festival is likely to further enhance their odds as he approaches the 2025 Grand National. Had it not been for a costly mistake early in the Cheltenham race, he likely would have clinched victory in the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase, which ultimately went to the highly regarded Stumptown.
Three Card Brag – Three Card Brag has begun the season impressively and could be an intriguing outsider pick for the 2025 Grand National. Although a seventh-place finish in the Paddy Power Chase in late December was somewhat disappointing, recent standout performances have alleviated those concerns. The eight-year-old secured victory in the QuinnBet Beginners Chase at odds of 3/1, and trainer Gordon Elliott is likely feeling optimistic about maximising this Grand National contender’s potential, especially after his third-place finish at Navan in his most recent outing.
Stumptown – Four wins in a row is impressive for any horse, but Stumptown really does look all-class heading into this year’s Grand National. Having won the Glenfarclas Cross Country Chase at the Cheltenham Festival ahead of the likes of Latenightpass and Vanillier, he’s clearly got the quality to win on the big stage once again in this one.
